Tacos & Tequila is a small private app for counting things with your friends. It is run by an individual, not a company, and there is no advertising, tracking, or analytics profiling in it.

What it stores

• Your Google account details. Name, email address, and profile photo, taken from Google when you sign in. Nothing else from your Google account is read.
• What you count. The groups you belong to, the items they track, and your counts.
• What you post. Post text, any photo you attach, and any place you tag (its name, address, and coordinates). Reactions you leave on other people's posts.
• Game results. How many dice rounds you have won.

Who can see it

Groups are invite-only. Your counts, posts, and photos are visible to the other members of the groups you join, and to nobody else. Your email address is visible only to you. There is no public feed and no directory of users or groups.

Where it lives

Everything is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Storage for photos), running on Google Cloud infrastructure. Place search is handled by the Google Places API. No data is sold, and none is shared with anyone else.

Deleting your data

You can leave a group at any time from Settings. To have your account and everything attached to it deleted, email the address below and it will be removed.
